Boral’s performance improvement, driven by our ongoing Good to Great strategic plan, has been recognised by the Turnaround Management Association Australia in their annual awards program.

On a foggy morning, our Perth team delivered concrete from our Mandurah and Canning Vale plants to Marradong for Theo Building Co. It took 28 trucks running 200 km round-trips across the day, with some drivers completing three loads to get the job done.

Boral’s Bacchus Marsh Quarry supports Victoria’s infrastructure growth with high-quality sand and aggregates, a strong local workforce, and a major wash plant upgrade.

To celebrate Linwood Quarry's rich legacy, the team has restored and placed one of the original cable car carts at the site’s weighbridge. These carts were once used to transport material across the quarry and are a symbol of the ingenuity and hard work that shaped the site’s early operations.

Boral is proud to announce that we have been awarded the 2025 Australian Flexible Pavement Association (AfPA) NSW Outstanding Project Award – Greater than $10 Million for our work on the Western Sydney International Airport Aircraft Pavements.

The 2025 Women in Quarrying (WIQ) event hosted by the Institute of Quarrying Australia (IQA) in Victoria was a landmark occasion drawing a record 165 attendees and reinforcing the industry’s commitment to diversity, inclusion, and innovation. Boral was proud to be one of the most well-represented organisations on the day, with 26 employees from our Victorian quarries in attendance.
