The CLEM7 project connected Brisbane's inner north to southern and eastern suburbs, bypassing the CBD.

Clem Jones Tunnel (CLEM7) is a 6.8-kilometre toll road including twin, two-lane 4.8-kilometre tunnels. The motorway provides users with access to three major arterials – the M1 Pacific Motorway, Inner City Bypass and Airport Link M7. It was part of Brisbane City Council’s TransApex plan ring road of major infrastructure projects that now provides a system of bypasses and vital river crossings around the city centre. Boral managed the integrated supply chain to deliver materials to meet the customer's accelerated demands for the tunnel's road pavement with supply provided through the existing fixed plant network in metropolitan Brisbane.
