How to Apply Surface Coat™
Before you start:
- Allow new asphalt to cure for 30 days and concrete for 14 days.
- Repair cracks with sealant at least 30 days prior.
- Apply when temperature is 10°C–30°C and no rain is forecast for 6 hours.
Application steps:
- Wash and dry the surface, remove loose debris.
- Mask edges for a neat finish.
- Mix thoroughly with a paint paddle or drill mixer.
- Apply with a roller in 1 m² sections, rolling in two directions for full coverage.
- Allow 4 hours before second coat or pedestrian use; 24 hours before vehicle traffic.
