Executive General Manager, Concrete and Quarries South

Duncan joined Boral in July 2023 as General Manager, Quarries Victoria and was promoted to the role of Executive General Manager, Concrete and Quarries South in August 2025.

Duncan has over 25 years’ experience in the building materials sector in both the UK and Australia, having worked in a number of different General Manager roles in concrete, asphalt and quarries. 

Duncan moved to Australia in January 2011 with Holcim and held the position of General Manager, Aggregates Victoria and SA up to November 2016 when he became the EGM for Aggregates until May 2020. 

Prior to joining Boral, Duncan spent three years at Downer working in the Road Services division.
