Boral’s performance improvement, driven by our ongoing Good to Great strategic plan, has been recognised by the Turnaround Management Association Australia in their annual awards program.

Boral picked up the Large Company Turnaround Award at the 2025 TMA Awards held last week in Melbourne. The prestigious award recognises company performance against all key people, safety, operational and financial metrics.

“This award is testament to all of our people and the contribution our employees make every day to make Boral a stronger and better business,” said our CEO and Managing Director Vik Bansal, who accepted the award.

“Our Boral Way has guided our improvement and we know there are further gains that we can make, as part of our Good to Great journey, in the months and years ahead.”

The TMA Australia Awards were established in 1993 and aim to recognise excellence and operational turnaround of businesses that leads to sustainable and measurable improvement.
