Employed by Boral since, 1992, Russell has held numerous research, technology and management roles within Boral, including President of Boral IP Holdings, LLC and Chief Technology Officer. In his current role as Group Chief Innovation Officer, he has global responsibility for research and development and innovation for building products and construction materials. He is responsible for formulating and directing a comprehensive innovation strategy that will improve and deliver business results.
Dr Louise Keyte

Co-director of the UTS-Boral Centre for Sustainable Building, Dr Louise Keyte, has more than 20 years’ experience in research and development for the construction industry and has been working for Boral for the past 13 years. Dr Keyte leads development for the Innovation Factory in Australia, which develops new solutions for our customers and is one of the cornerstones of Boral's vision of achieving performance excellence through innovation. She is also passionate about encouraging diversity in the construction industry.
General Manager – Innovation Commercialisation
Greg Miller plays a key role in working to transform ideas and inventions into innovations with commercial value with Boral's Global Innovation Team. Greg has held senior financial, commercial and operational roles at Boral since joining in 2010. He was a member of the CEO & Managing Director’s Transformational Strategy Task Group in 2016, which was responsible for researching and reporting on future market and technology trends as well as offering suggestions on how Boral could respond to market demands.
