COVID-19 Update: Docketless Delivery
To comply with social distancing guidelines we are immediately discontinuing the requirement for signatures on dockets.
We are closely monitoring and responding to developments in relation to COVID-19 (Coronavirus). Our focus is to the health and safety of our employees, customers and communities. We continue to take measures to help manage the risk of spreading the virus.
"No signature" delivery guideline
To improve social distancing effectiveness, we are asking our teams to work with you through digital channels as much as possible. Importantly, to comply with social distancing guidelines we are immediately discontinuing the requirement for signatures on dockets. The docket will be kept by the driver in the truck and will not be automatically handed to you unless requested.
The driver will record your site’s contact name and ‘CV19’ in the signature field on the paper docket. If the docket is requested, the “no signature” guideline still applies and social distancing must be observed.
Dockets are now available electronically online or can be emailed directly to your inbox.
1. Concrete Account Customers – Use Boral Connects to access electronic dockets. If you do not have an active Boral Connects account please visit www.boralconnects.com.au to register.
2. Asphalt and Quarry Customers – Asphalt and Quarry customers can receive their dockets via email directly to a nominated email address. Please advise the weighbridge operator or order taker your email address when placing the order.
