Multiframe™ System



USG Boral Multiframe™ is a complete lightweight construction system for low-rise apartment buildings.

Multiframe™ comprises a range of timber framed plasterboard wall and ceiling solutions and associated construction details that satisfy fire rating and acoustic requirements of the Building Code of Australia (BCA) for Class 2 buildings up to 4 storeys.

USG Boral Multiframe™ has been specifically developed for use in Class 2 buildings where sole occupancy units are located above one another.

For Class 1 and Class 2 buildings comprising attached sole occupancy units, USG Boral Partiwall® separating wall system may provide a more cost effective solution (see www.boral.com.au/partiwall).
