Bulleen Concrete Plant is supplying concrete to the North East Link (NEL) project in Melbourne, Victoria. The NEL project is a mega infrastructure project, including the construction of 6.5km long tunnels to fix the missing link in Melbourne’s freeway network.  

In March 2024, the plant delivered 1,581m3 of concrete, a record for the plant which has been used previously on two large projects, Barangaroo South and NorthConnex, both in Sydney.
