  Career Development
When you start your career with Boral, it’s important for you to establish yourself and become familiar with how the company works. Equally, it is important that you successfully perform your new job responsibilities.

Generally, you should expect to spend the first 2 to 3 years of your career within your starting business or location. Working within a familiar environment will provide you the best opportunity to show your talents and capabilities. During that time, you can expect either increased responsibilities or new roles.

Completion of the Emerging Leaders Program after 2 to 3 years will have you ready for a career move almost anywhere within the Boral group!
