Delivery details
Clay bricks feature natural variations in their clay, shale and
sand make up, so order enough for the whole project and
arrange a single delivery. It's always a good idea to inspect
your delivery of bricks on arrival as it's too late to change
once they're laid. |
Natural appeal
Just as the colour and texture of the earth varies naturally,
so too does the colour and texture of each brick. Unlike
man-made synthetic building materials, the natural appeal of
brick lies in these tonal variations which are preserved
through minimal processing. |
Blend for beauty
Make the most of your bricks' natural variations by blending
them evenly across a wall as they are being laid. For the
most effective bricklaying technique to ensure even
distribution, we recommend your brick layer select from a
minimum of four packs at the same time. Blending Clay Bricks |
Clean as you go
Mortar smears on new bricks are best cleaned off by your
bricklayer as the bricks are laid. If further cleaning is
needed, get bricks cleaned by a professional to ensure the
colour and texture is preserved.
