How you update your address details will depend on your individual circumstances.
Most individual issuer sponsored shareholders can change their address details online via Link Market Services' website. All other issuer sponsored investors (joint holders, companies, etc) can download a change of address form from the Link Market Services Limited website and mail this to:

CHESS sponsored shareholders must change their address details via their broker.

If you have entered a sponsoring agreement with a broker (or another CHESS sponsor) then you are a CHESS Sponsored Holder - also referred to as a Broker Sponsored Holder. If not, then you are an Issuer Sponsored Holder.
CHESS sponsored holdings are identified by a Holder Identification Number (HIN) while issuer sponsored holdings can be identified by a Securityholder Reference Number (SRN).

The 2010 Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Thursday 4 November 2010 and will be held at the City Recital Hall, Angel Place, Sydney.

Boral has a Dividend Reinvestment Plan under which you can choose to reinvest your dividends in Boral to acquire additional shares. The minimum level of participation is 100 shares.
The number of shares allotted under the DRP is calculated based on the weighted average price of all ordinary Boral shares sold on the ASX during the 5 days of trading immediately preceding the record date for the dividend. There is no discount from this price.

Dividends are paid by cheque or direct deposit into the bank account nominated by you. If you elect to participate in the DRP, a certificate will be sent to you for the number of shares allocated under the DRP at the same time as payment of the cash dividend.

Boral pays a dividend twice a year, usually in the months of March and September.
