Boral Teven Quarry
Introduction
Boral’s Teven Quarry is located in the foothills of the coastal range between Tintenbar and Alstonville in far northern NSW.
Established in 1959, Boral acquired the site during 1985 to enable the business to supply customers across the far NSW North Coast.
The main materials produced at the Boral Teven Quarry are:
- Concrete aggregates;
- Road sealing (asphalt) aggregates;
- Drainage aggregates;
- Rip rap and gabion stone (restoration and retaining walls);
- Armour or breakwater rock;
- Fine crushed rock; and
- Various fill materials.
