What is a Second?

Possible causes of being classed as a second include:
1. Quality Assurance cut outs from in house testing.
2. Does not meet standards.
3. Non uniform measurements (thick and thin).
4. Face defects - splits, chipouts, machine damage.
5. Old stock that is not selling in normal channels - these products might/might not have any defect.
