• Boral Employee Assistance Program (BEAP) is a free, confidential, professional counselling service for Boral employees and their immediate families. An independent company helps you and your family solve problems that may affect your work and personal life

• BWell program supports the health and wellbeing of all permanent Boral employees through a range of services, including seminars and assessments designed to assist with issues such as work/life balance, stress, weight management, exercise, sleep and other areas that have a significant impact upon health and quality of life.
