Sales Success at Nelson's Ridge

As you may be aware, work is well underway on the exciting residential community being created at Nelson's Ridge - formally home to Boral's NSW Construction Materials operations.

The first 100 blocks released at the 104 hectare Nelson's Ridge community project were all sold, prompting project developers Delfin Lend Lease to bring forward the next land release to meet consumer demand. The initial stage of the project attracted more than 3,500 people, who registered an interest in the development.

The unique community at Nelson's Ridge will be created over the next five years and will contain approximately 1,500 homes and a range of recreational facilities. Throughout the life of the project, Delfin Lend Lease will be creating more than 44 hectares of parks, reserves and gardens and a network of walking trails and viewing platforms along the Prospect Hill ridgeline.
